Milling wheat is bought on its numbers. Protein, specific weight and falling number decide whether a cargo goes to bread flour or to feed, so every lot we offer is sampled and analysed at loading and the specification is written into the contract.

We buy in Ukraine, Romania and Moldova and sell to flour mills and importers, by coaster, bulk vessel or truck.
